The seals are not indicated

If the T1 does not have a seal, you cannot indicate "Precintos declarados en Mal estado".

You have to indicate "No hay Precintos", this indicate that "There are not seals"


Review that if there ir one seal, that in the box put Precinto 1.

If not, delete and add the seal again
