Error sending OBS: ErrorCodeThere is an error in XML document (19,2)

La respuesta viene mal de la aduana holandesa.

Han tardado muchos días en corregir el error que daba el obs y volver a enviarlo, por eso la aduana holandesa devuelve ese error.

Que los de Holanda pregunten en qué estado está el tránsito para poder ponerlos nosotros así en el TVD

Si están en "unloading permission" poner los OBS en CV

Nos indicaron de la aduana holandesa, que ya no enviarán el mensaje de error vacío
