Error sending OBS: ErrorCodeThere is an error in XML document (19,2)

The OBS is in error because the response sent to us by Dutch Customs is incorrect.
This is the response they sent us. The error is empty.

Please contact Dutch Customs so they can tell you what the problem is and what the transit status is.
